"Not all men!" - Yes, not all men, but enough that every girl is terrified of talking to that boy on the bus or walking past that group of guys on the street. Every girl is afraid of walking late at night, or even walking alone in the morning and someone following her. Every girl has referred to someone as a "creep" and knows to not accept anything from someone she doesn't know. Not all men. But enough men that all women are now afraid of most men.
