Distraction From Feminism

Claiming that feminism is full of 'Women who don't fit beauty standards and thus make the movement invalid' is a 100% reason why feminism is valid, you're just trying to discredit women's voices because you don't find them attractive. There are old, bald and yet still completely respected male politicians out there and yet women are expected to spend time and money on making themselves physically appealing before they even dare open their mouths, how is that not an excellent example of why we needed feminism?

This is a distraction tactic. They comment on your appearance instead of what you're actually saying to 1) make you feel self-conscious and focus on the wrong thing so 2) you don't realise they didn't even comment on or register the actual problem. It invalidates everything you're saying while also forcing you to conform to what you're against. They are proving us right, by focusing on appearances rather than words, which is what feminism is against!

To all the people out there reading this, speak up. Speak up against this. Yell it out until you drown out the voices against you. Because what you say matters.

Strong Indian Women.

 They are not given nearly enough credit, for laying down their lives, for pushing against British rule and for going to battle because they believed in this country and its people. They believed in liberty, in Indian rule; and they fought tooth and nail for it. They showed the world that Indian women are something to be in awe of.  TW: mentions of sexual assault and rape He kept on asking her. She kept saying no. And because no is apparently not an answer, he grabbed her wrist. She pulled away, and he yells "B*tch!".
